Harbor Community Health Centers (HarborCHC) proudly earned the 2024 Health Center Quality Leader (HCQL) Gold Badge, placing it in the top 10% of health centers nationwide for clinical quality measures. HarborCHC was one of 15 clinics in California to receive the Gold Badge

In total, HarborCHC received five Community Health Center Quality Recognition (CHQR) Badges* and was again recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).

HarborCHC is known in our region for providing the highest quality care to our patients. “It is an honor to care for our community, and we look forward to serving more patients in San Pedro and surrounding communities in the coming years,” said Chief Executive Officer Tamra King.

 

HarborCHC has a full suite of primary care services, two pediatricians caring for San Pedro’s children, an experienced dental team, a team of skilled therapists and a psychiatrist, a diabetes care program, a new nutrition program, substance use disorder treatment services, and more.
